Describe the issue and attach clear photos/videos.
We’ll assess and advise whether the item will be repaired, replaced, or refunded (according to policy).
Where possible, products are first repaired. Replacement is offered only when repair is not viable.
The customer is responsible for shipping items to our service center unless otherwise agreed.
